ICPライセンス
ICPとは「Internet Content Provider」の略語で、中国政府が情報統制のために2005年2月8日から実施したサイト審査制度です。中国国内で公開している営利目的のウェブサイトは、ICPライセンスを取得しないと、罰せられます。企業サイトであっても非営利目的の場合はICP登録を取得します。
